Overview
Chelsea Football Club, commonly known as Chelsea or The Blues, is one of England's and Europe's most prestigious and decorated clubs. Founded in 1905 in London, the West London club has become a global football powerhouse in the 21st century.
Playing at the legendary Stamford Bridge, a 40,834-capacity stadium located in Fulham, the Blues wear the iconic royal blue that symbolizes the club's elegance and power. Though relatively small compared to other European giants, the stadium offers a unique atmosphere with its characteristic roof and stands close to the pitch.
Chelsea have won numerous domestic titles including 6 English championships and have excelled in Europe by winning the Champions League twice (2012, 2021). The club has also won the Europa League, Club World Cup, and numerous domestic cups.
Under the Roman Abramovich era (2003-2022) and now with new ownership, Chelsea established themselves among the world's elite. With legends like Frank Lampard, Didier Drogba, and John Terry, plus a renowned academy at Cobham, Chelsea continue to write their golden history.
