Arsenal pair Oleksandr Zinchenko and Martin Odegaard are expected to be fit for the side’s north London derby clash against Tottenham next week.
The duo missed the Gunners’ 3-0 win against Brentford last Sunday and neither player has reported on international duty for their country.
Zinchenko has been a revelation since his arrival from Manchester City and he’s provided such much needed experience into this young Arsenal side.
Odegaard, despite his youth, is one of the leaders in the Arsenal group and he’s taken his game to new levels so far this term.
Arsenal’s win against the Bees returned the side to the top of the table but they face unbeaten rivals Tottenham in their next game, with Antonio Conte’s side visiting the Emirates on October 2nd.
But the good news is that Arteta expects to have Odegaard and Zinchenko available for selection, with Goal claiming Arsenal are confident both players will be fit.
Odegaard was left out against Brentford as a precaution and he could even join up with Norway this week for international duty.
