Chelsea are in the race to sign Liverpool midfielder Georginio Wijnaldum this summer, according to reports.
The Netherlands international is set to be available on a free transfer at the end of the season having failed to agree a new contract with the Premier League champions.
Barcelona are frontrunners to sign Wijnaldum with Ronald Koeman keen to be reunited with the 30-year-old having already managed him with the Dutch national side.
Reports in Spain have claimed that Wijnaldum has been offered a three-year contract by Barca. But according to Marca, Chelsea are also in the running to sign Wijnaldum once the season is over.
The report claims that Paris Saint-Germain, Inter and Juventus are also keen on a deal for the Liverpool midfielder.
When asked about his future last week, Wijnaldum suggested that his future is still undecided.
‘You will always talk about those things and about my future. But as I have said on other occasions, I have no news yet,’ said the midfielder. ‘When there is news, I will talk about it, but there is no news.’
