Martin Odegaard is set to jet into London today to put pen to paper on a loan deal until the end of the season as his replacement.
Mikel Arteta is also set to offload numerous other players as he continues to trim his squad ahead of the second half of the campaign.
Matt Ryan has already joined from Brighton, and Odegaard is set to become the second arrival.
He will likely be the last of the window, with the Gunners now using the rest of the window to plan for the summer.
Here are today’s Arsenal transfer rumours.
PSG offer Draxler in swap deal
Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly set to offer up Julian Draxler in exchange for Matteo Guendouzi.
The Gunners have been linked with Draxler in the past, with the German veteran out of contract at the end of the season.
Reports had suggested Draxler would want to wait until the end of the season and see out his contract but it now seems he could be offered out in the next few days.
French outlet L’Equipe claims PSG want to sign Guendouzi – who is currently on loan at Hertha Berlin – and are ready to offer up Draxler in exchange.
Lucas Torreira close to exit
Arsenal’s on-loan midfielder Lucas Torreira could be recalled from his spell at Atletico Madrid, only to be sold on a permanent basis.
Torreira isn’t seen as part of Arteta’s plans, and was allowed to leave on loan last summer.
But he’s failed to hit the ground running at the Wanda Metropolitano, and could be set to be recalled and sold to AS Monaco.
According to Tutto Mercato, via Inside Futbol, The French side will apparently offer him a three-year contract to entice him to quit the Emirates.
Reiss Nelson set for move

Smith Rowe impressed while at Huddersfield last year, and came back to the Emirates ready to fight for a place in the senior side.
He’s now done that, and has looked like one of their most impressive youngsters in recent years.
And now, Nelson could be ready to follow him to the Championship, according to
Arsenal are apparently willing to let him go out on loan to get some game time, with his chances at first-team minutes not looking good.
Arsenal have permanent Odegaard hope

The Norwegian wonderkid is set to fly to Norway today to put pen to paper on a loan deal until the end of the season.
Arsenal will apparently pay £2.6million to take him on loan, but won’t have the option to make his stay permanent.
However, transfer expert
