Arsenal told to sell five players this month including William Saliba – ‘Not good enough’

Including center-back William Saliba, former Tottenham midfielder Jamie O’Hara has supported Arsenal to offload five players this summer.
The French defender, whom the Gunners paid £27 million to sign in 2019, has performed admirably while on loan in France for the last three seasons. However, O’Hara thinks that he ought to be just one of several players that are let go.
Friday night’s away Premier League match between Arsenal and Crystal Palace might mark Saliba’s first competitive debut for the Gunners, but O’Hara believes that he should leave the Emirates this summer.
“Who?” When questioned by talkSPORT EDGE if Arsenal should keep or sell Saliba, O’Hara responded. You’re asking me about players, but I have absolutely no interest in Arsenal. If you have loaned him out twice and he has been there for three seasons, he is definitely not good enough. Eliminate him.
In addition, O’Hara identified four players from Arsenal who he would release this summer: Mohamed Elneny, Granit Xhaka, Hector Bellerin, and Nicolas Pepe. “I would say sell [Pepe], get rid, since it was really kind of a surprise signing,” he continued. 75 million pounds, but spread over five years? Ridiculous. I don’t believe he is worth the money, therefore if they can get it back, get rid of him.
O’Hara asserted that Xhaka and Elneny both needed to leave the club, despite the fact that Xhaka had previously served as the club’s captain and that Arsenal had apparently been aiming to bolster their midfield. He clarified: “Eliminate [Xhaka]. You must offload him because he falls short in crucial contests, and with the players Arsenal has added, I believe they will contend this year. Get rid of him, I think the moment has come.”
Bellerin spent the last campaign on loan at Real Betis, and it doesn’t seem like Arteta has any ambitions for him this time around. Get rid of Bellerin, yelled O’Hara.
